This project began as a standard wash, sand and stain refinishing. That changed after cleaning the wood and evaluating its condition. We decided with the owner that their money may be better spent replacing the boards.

We sanded the railings and other features that were still in good shape and replaced all of the horizontal decking. The finish product is essentially a brand new deck.
