The definition of rejuvenation is to render young again, and that is exactly what we do. This is a deck that we fully refinished in the fall of 2015. The original colour was Autumntone. The owner has gently cleaned their deck every year since and it has held up very well considering the amount of sun exposure. However after three years the deck has begun to dry out and the original colour has faded considerably.
We are often asked about what happens over time after we refinish, will we have to sand again? is it going to be another $ 4,000.00?
Can we do it ourselves? Well hopefully this helps answer some questions.

The rejuvenation process goes like this: We spent a few hours power washing the deck and scrubbed it with a mild sodium per carbonate mixture. Rinsed it very well and let it dry for a week. We then coated the deck in a healthy amount of Cutek with a half ratio of Sela Brown colourtone, as the owners were looking for a little style change.
The results are truly rejuvenating. $ cost for this was around $ 1,400.00 for 400 sq ft.
