Description: Large four bedroom property with original 2010 construction. No major issues other than poor quality materials & poor design. New owner requested a full update.
Design & Construction: The overall condition of the bathroom was very good, it had been well maintained and serviced by the previous owner (a trade professional). We advised our client that many of the features could be kept and with some high quality additions it would make a magical space. We were able to retain the bathtub, faucet and knee wall. The floor tile was completely removed due to hollow areas and lippage. All water & drainage suppliers remained original, saving additional costs.
With generous 12ft ceilings, we were able to install a beautiful crystal chandelier above the re-conditioned original bath tub along with insulated ceiling pot lights and updated extractor fan. Beautiful wall scones above the large double vanity, a full Wedi Shower System and custom wood panelling above the bath and window. Gorgeous 10x22 Carrera marble wall tile, installed in vertical stack pattern, distressed wood effect for floor tile.
