West Palm Beach Bathroom Remodel:
Description: The original bathroom was in good overall condition apart from the lower section of the bath/shower walls, some damp, cracking tiles & grout.
Design & Construction: The condition of the room was fair to average with no major issues. The bathroom had undergone several poor quality updates over the years and it required a complete remodel to fix all of the outstanding small issues. We stripped the room back to the stud, installed all new plumbing hardware, structure, lighting and a new extractor fan. Due to the property layout, increasing the room size wasn’t possible, so we downsized the width of the custom vanity to create a more usable space for the client.
We installed a complete Schluter Shower System for the shower walls, wall niche, shower floor pan, a linear drain system and low profile shower curb. Mosaic marble wall tiles and Carrera marble floor tiles in herringbone pattern. Added a frameless glass panel and frameless glass door, retained the original nearly new toilet. Kohler brushed brass shower and vanity hardware, imported Spanish wall scone lights.
