This single story custom home was built approximately 1.5 hours from Las Vegas. It was constructed to withstand the extreme desert heat with foam under stucco, roof vents and covered entry and roofed patio. Every home we design allows us to maximize the square footage. This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, an indoor laundry room, 3rd full bathroom, kitchen, nook, and family room. The 2 car garage is also extra deep for housing a boat.
