A small yard with a smart design by Tuscany Builders. Focal fountain pot, fire pit, and seating area are just a tiny portion of what's in this yard. To one side, a nice putting green was installed surrounded by lush plants. The other side allows for an outdoor dining area, tropical garden and large custom BBQ with a sink. The whole yard was tiled using porcelain tile with a staggered joint. The BBQ was tiled with a rough subway brick and the surfaces are topped with granite slab. The outdoor room also has a ceiling fan, outdoor heater and TV.
