Diamond Head Retreat

This beautiful home on the side of Diamond Head in Honolulu is perched only feet from the crashing Pacific surf. All the rooms open to the water allowing the warm Hawaiian breeze to blow through the house at all times. Tiered lanais follow the contour of the cliff down to the ocean.

The custom cabinets in this study are faced with 100 year old tatami mats and the ebonized wood had details referencing contemporary Japanese styling.
