Sonoma Vineyard Residence

Located on the top of a hill overlooking Healdsubrg, this home is surrounded by large decks and terraces that take in the views and create delightful outdoor living spaces.

Pool Courtyard
The placement of the buildings creates a private, sheltered area for outdoor living. The seating area surrounds a fire pit for cool Sonoma nights.

Guest House
The focal point of this stunning 2 story space is an 8' diameter wooden chandelier. All the finishes work to quietly frame the stunning views from the 18' windows.
Living Room
From the balcony of the Living Room, the view expands even more. The town of Healdsburg is in the distance with a backdrop of the Sonoma-Napa mountains.

When the bi-fold doors are open to the courtyard, it's almost like dining al fresco. The barrel wall is actually the wine cellar.

Slate floors and leather textured granite counter tops make this kitchen a worry-free space for cooking and entertaining.

Sight lines and openings were created to make the vineyards as much a part of the interiors as the furniture.

On the central axis of the floor plan, the barrel-shapped wine cellar anchors the hall with an opening into the Dining Room.

A vaulted ceiling and multiple French doors create a poolside Bedroom perfect for sleeping and lounging.

The east terrace provides a wonderful spot off of the Living Room for entertaining or enjoying the Sonoma air.
