We not only landscaped this home, but solved a major drainage water problem in a unique way. The driveway which sloped to the garage was made permeable and now drains the water under the drive instead of on the surface. This removes all the worry of water running down the driveway and flooding the home. The permeable paver system takes all of the surface water and puts in back into the ground aquifers where it should be rather than running down the gutter. If you leave your hose running on the driveway the water will not travel more than 6 - 8 feet before it disappears.
