This home is a complete design/build remodel of the existing landscape. A.C.E. Landscape added an outdoor BBQ area, a glass flame warming area, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a fountain, a patio area, a raised lawn play area, a less steep driveway, upright plants to buffer the neighbors, a playground, improved access to the basement, improved drainage, plants with seasonal color, and a new front entry with steps and walk. The existing front retaining walls were boulder walls and did not give the refined look the owner desired. These walls were replaced with block walls (special order gray color and type) and plants were placed to grow into softening accents buffering and enhancing the wall levels. The back yard is particularly useful and enjoyable for the home owners with spaces for active and passive activities and a great view with privacy provided by the natural hill above the home..
