Emerald Gem

The Owner had a great sense of what she wanted and I just helped her put it all together. Every inch was thought out and there was very little wasted space, but plenty of space for everything they needed. This house is very elegant but it lives very comfortably.

The clients asked for additional counter space, but we were limited on the depth. However, we had some extra width so I pulled the sink out and added framing and drywall behind the sink that was tiled over. This allows extra space for a make-up bag or lotions for their guests. Linda Parsons

They wanted a dramatic staircase, but didn't want to use up a bunch of space. This solved all issues...there is a 2-story wall of windows on the landing with a window seat below. The railing design make it even more unique. Linda Parsons
