A beautiful, functional and waterwise front yard makeover. The entry was remodeled with a new accent wall, walkway, porch area, dry creek / rain garden, and lighting. A new concrete driveway replaced one that was decades-old, faded and cracked. All rainwater from downspouts, walkway and driveway pitch towards the dry stream bed that percolates rain into the planter areas. The homeowner crafted the beautiful Ipe wood bench as the final personal touch on the project.
