Featured in Fine Homebuilding magazine's 'Celebrating Ingenuity' and on the cover of Design New England magazine, Lisa's concept packs high functionality into a tiny footprint. Inspired by European open-shower baths, she designed a first-floor powder room that acts as full bath for guests, showers off muddy boots and even provides universal accessibility if needed. Marble counter, faucet and water-conserving toilet are wall mounted. Interior windows (a K. Tharp Design favorite) borrow sunshine from the stairwell. A high-low blend of polished limestone plank and cobblestone-style floor tiles complete the understated look
