The owners of this 1920's condo conversion, wanted to keep the vintage feel of the spaces, but enjoy some updated features. Typical of the era, these bathrooms were very small and, to make it worse, each had a large cast iron radiator.

We updated the tubs and plumbing fixtures, insulated, and retiled with updated versions of the original tile. A classic ceramic subway tile on the shower and walls, with white marble mosaic on the floors. The radiators were replaced with a heated floor adding some much needed elbow room. The bathrooms still have the 1920's charm, with 2017 conveniences
