The original Kitchen of this house had a narrow galley plan, and also served as the daily entry into the house. We borrowed space from closets in an adjacent room to give it extra width without adding on. The cabinets, tile, and simple bracket supporting a shallow soffit maintain the Craftsman feel, wihile pendant lights, more windows, and granite counters bring it up to date.
