This project is located in Hudson's historic district, so complimenting the existing house was especially important. We replaced the original sunroom with a new two story addition. This created space for a Master Bathroom with a cathedral ceiling, both a Japanese soaking tub and a freestanding traditional tub, and a steam shower. The new Sunroom still has great views of the garden with lots of windows. We also renovated the third floor from an unfinished attic to a bedroom retreat. The dormers on the front of the house are new as well.
