This was the most challenging site I've ever encountered. It was a full design + build that took 4 years to complete from design to completion. It was a nearly unbuildable lot, with extreme upward slopes. I worked with the client to create a 3-level home that lives mostly on the 2nd floor and uses the garage below as an amazing outdoor deck/living space for entertaining. The upper level has jaw dropping views from the master and library/den. A dumb waiter was installed to help with groceries and deliver them to the kitchen.
