The walls and ceiling are all foam insulated to offer maximum energy savings. The floor has 24-inch square porcelain slate tiles. The cabinetry is all by Mid Continent.

The outdoor room features shiplap accents, LED recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and Sunbrella curtains to block the morning sun while having morning coffee outdoors, and a travertine paver floor.
