An actual Farmhouse kitchen- The original part of this home was built in the late 1890s. The bathroom and TV room was added around 1930. The customer wanted to keep the feel of the farmhouse, yet still have modern features and ample storage space. The customer selected an original 1945 era, wall hung farmhouse sink. This created several challenges as the sink was not intended for use with cabinetry. The sink depth is 19" deep, so the custom cabinets were designed to accommodate the sink.
