Farmhouse Rules
Starting with inspirational pictures this family of four planned out the design of their new kitchen with Kim Young. They desired a refined but not fussy look, a mix of old & new, and wanted to incorporate a modern style with industrial elements.
White shaker cabinetry by Green Forest were used along with butcher block on the island & stainless steel tops on the perimeter. The scratching & marring that will appear on these unique surfaces will represent meals prepared over the years with love. The builder created warm elements to the kitchen by making a custom, ship lap, wood hood with matching floating shelves.
