Craig Balyeat, kitchen designer at Williams Studio worked with these homeowners to do a remodel in a short amount of time. The home in East Grand Rapids was purchased as an investment property & had been sitting vacant for 3 years.
They chose a stock cabinet line with a short turn around. White shaker cabinets by River Run were used with a beautiful, contemporary brushed champagne bronze hardware. Matte black quartz lent itself to a current look.
The space was a challenge given the small space, but this is Craig's specialty.
Cabinetry was used in the back entryway for extra storage and included a bench with storage below.
Needless to say this home was sold immediately proving what an update on this scale will do.
