Farwell New Construction

Designed by Gustavo Penengo of PRDG Architecture & Design, a renowned architect with whom we regularly collaborate, and built by Better Builders, this custom home brought his vision to reality, highlighting contemporary style and creative innovation. Built in sections off-site and assembled on a steep, “unbuildable” lot, the project required a complex foundation with H-piles driven 40 feet deep to stabilize the hillside.

While modular construction promised efficiency, the intricate process allowed for dramatic cantilevers and energy-efficient design. The result is a striking modern home perched above a challenging slope, offering breathtaking views of the Sound and redefining what’s possible with modular design.
