Finished Basement with Laundry Room and Bathroom
Finished basements are an excellent way to turn unused space into practical living space.
This finished basement included moving the laundry room from the main living level to the basement to allow for a mud room in the previous laundry room space.
Instead of having a traditional flat ceiling this family decided to incorporate the HVAC and utility lines into their basement ceiling giving it dimension and character.
To make the space seem bigger they chose to paint all the walls the same color, "Light French Gray" by Sherwin Williams.
This also allowed for a greater contrast between the walls and the dark "Aged Oak" luxury vinyl tile flooring.
Wish List:
*Family Room
*Laundry Room
*Bedroom
*Full Bath
