This quaint little kitchen is the perfect example of how simple changes can make a huge impact, especially in small spaces.

This lovely couple opted to keep the same layout for their kitchen. In doing so they were able to do a simple upgrade instead of a complete remodel allowing them to mimic their new kitchen to their old creating the perfect kitchen for them, all over again.

The functionality of this space was improved by replacing the terracotta flooring with modern tile flooring over radiant heated floors and adding utility cabinets in an otherwise unusable space. Cabinets were also added on the backside of the peninsula offering more storage without encroaching into the sunroom.
