When they purchased their two-family home in 2015 it was already a “fixer-upper.” But the homeowners waited until they new exactly what they wanted before converting an unfinished attic into a primary suite complete with bedroom, bathroom and laundry. They refer to it as the “cherry on top!” What was once bare rafters is now a spacious bedroom and bathroom complete with a large walk-in glass shower and a spa tub that is used several times a week.
