The existing retaining wall was unappealing, covered in ivy and was oddly shaped. The landscape did not provide multi-season interest.

Limestone boulders replaced the existing walls, creating a uniform front. A mixture of evergreens and flowering shrubs/perennials were used to created year-round interest.
