A wide paver landing replaced the existing concrete step, increasing the visual appeal as well as the functionality of the front entrance. A light was placed underneath the tread to light it up in the evening. An up light was was also installed into the stoop to light up the column as well.

A locally sourced fountain was installed on a concrete pad along with an auto-fill. Up lights were installed to highlight the fountain after dark.
