This project began as a typical builder grade home that felt white, flat, and lacking personality. Our goal was to transform it into a bold, modern, masculine showpiece that feels curated, elevated, and completely custom from the moment you walk in.

We reimagined the home from top to bottom, starting with the kitchen where we introduced new countertops, a statement hood, and layered lighting to create depth and visual impact. Throughout the home, we replaced standard fixtures with architectural lighting that adds both function and drama, while warm wood tones and rich contrasts bring balance to the clean modern lines.

One of the most impactful transformations was the creation of a custom fireplace feature wall, anchoring the main living space and setting the tone for the entire home. Every space was fully furnished with intention, blending comfort with a refined masculine aesthetic that feels both sophisticated and livable.

To enhance both function and lifestyle, we modified the existing staircase to incorporate a private elevator, seamlessly integrating convenience without compromising design. Upstairs, we created a dedicated bar to service both the poker room and media room, turning the second level into a true entertainment destination.

The media room was designed with a bold cinematic vision inspired by classic mobster films. It is dark, immersive, and unforgettable. In contrast, the guest rooms were designed to be simple, clean, and welcoming, offering a quiet retreat for visitors.

The primary suite is a standout, designed as a luxurious escape with layered textures, dramatic lighting, and a spa inspired bathroom that delivers both comfort and impact.

This home is a perfect example of how thoughtful design and construction can completely redefine a space, transforming a standard builder home into a one of a kind, design driven experience.
