This project was all about transforming a builder basic home into a cohesive, designer driven space rooted in a modern ranch aesthetic. Our goal was to elevate the home by introducing architectural interest, layering natural materials, and creating a warm, refined environment that feels both elevated and inviting.

Throughout the home, we incorporated thoughtful design details such as wood beam accents, custom millwork, textured wall treatments, and statement lighting to bring depth and character to each space. A neutral, earthy palette paired with rich materials including stone, wood, leather, and mixed metals creates a timeless foundation while still feeling fresh and current.

The open concept living areas were reimagined to feel both functional and visually impactful, with a strong emphasis on scale, balance, and intentional layering. Each room was carefully curated to feel connected, yet distinct, resulting in a home that flows seamlessly from one space to the next.

Our full service design build approach allowed us to manage every detail from construction and architectural enhancements to furnishings, art, and installation, ensuring a cohesive vision and a truly turnkey experience for our client.
