This project was a full site renovation. The team created a stairway that went from higher elevation to lower elevation (30 foot drop in elevation). The staircase leads to a terrace that overlooks the water. Extensive planting/extensive concrete work was required for this project. The team used a lot of materials you would find in the Mediterranean to give this renovation a French Villa feel. The renovation also features a fountain and a heated exposed aggregate driveway.
