Garden Room addition

This room has a radiant heated tile floor that flows out to a private patio with fountain. The flared skylight well can be seen while sitting at dining room table.

A bright and airy tiled family room opens up looking out from the kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders that look out onto the patio truly gives you the feeling of living outdoors. Recessed lighting and large skylights add to the feeling.

Bringing the Outdoors Inside

Looking from the family room to the kitchen, you can see how the skylights contribute to the open feeling of the rooms. An entrance to a butler’s pantry is at the rear to the right of the stove.
