This full gut renovation transformed the lower level into a spacious two-bedroom walkout basement suite. The project included removing the chimney from the top to make way for a functional kitchen, and opening up the space by removing a wall at the bottom half of the stairs, allowing for a brighter, more welcoming hallway.

To enhance the suite’s comfort and convenience, two bathrooms were added. The first bathroom features a tub and vanity, while the second includes a large vanity, linen storage, and a sleek tile shower. Every detail was designed to maximize space and create a stylish, functional living area that feels both modern and cozy.
