We completely gutted and levelled the kitchen floor, eliminating all the sunken room spaces that previously made the layout feel disconnected. The original 80s kitchen was demoed and replaced with a custom design, strategically relocated to the outer edge of the room. This transformation not only brought in an abundance of natural light but also created more space for ample cabinetry and a large island, perfect for both functionality and style.

Throughout the space, we installed durable vinyl plank flooring to give the home a sleek, modern look. Fresh paint was applied to brighten and unify the entire area, complementing the new design.

To maximize natural light, we installed a new 8-foot patio door and raised the windows to open up the space even further. The goal was to create a kitchen that feels airy, spacious, and seamlessly connected to the rest of the home—while offering plenty of storage and a stunning focal point with the large island.
