Paragon Valley Construction took an outdated townhouse and turned it into a beautiful and bright modern looking home. They were the best option for my parents because their team helped design a place that was best suited for my aging parents, their dreams and also kept within their budget. From start to finish everyone involved was hard working, understanding, polite and experienced. We have had nightmare stories with previous contractors and were hesitant with this renovation. However, Mark and Janna were kind, warm and patient as they took the time to really understand what my parent’s needs and wants were in renovating their home. The husband-and-wife duo worked as an amazing team to rebuild my parents’ home to what I believe as perfection. Paragon Valley Construction’s communication was open with their step-by-step updates, their ability to keep renovations within the budget (in fact saved us money) and finished in the projected time frame. This is unheard of. Both Mark and Janna had my parent’s best interest in mind with all of their ideas and suggestions. They made their newly bought house into a warm home that my parents love and enjoy living in. I would highly recommend Paragon Valley Construction. I hired Paragon Valley Construction to do a feature wall at my residence. Mark was quick to reply and eager to take on the task at hand. Mark came out promptly to assess the wall and take measurements. Mark was open to ideas (my wife’s) and the vision she had. Mark started the project and communicated throughout the few days it took him. I liked that Mark did not rush the job and took attention to keen detail. We were super happy with the finished product. I seriously lack imagination and Mark managed to provide visuals when i needed and encouragement when i was freaking out drowning in the pool of choices and decisions that needed to be made. finally, he attended to my every request after the job was finished in terms of fixing any small things i deemed unfinished or unacceptable. overall, fantastic job! I was impressed with how quickly the team got on site to assess the damage and ensure it was cleaned and dried out promptly. Afterward they were easy and pleasant to deal with; quick to respond and easy to reach. They also dealt with the insurance company on our behalf and saved us the headache. Mark from Paragon was referred by friends who he completed a townhouse renovation for recently. Our project was focused on a refresh of three bathrooms and some additional work changing some flooring to tile and aesthetic improvements. We were impressed with the focus on our satisfaction with the project and Mark’s attention to detail. He wasn’t shy of challenging the quality of the work from his contractors to ensure we got only the best. We couldn’t help but have scope creep as the work was done and found ourselves adding small additions based on the results throughout. Our value based on price and quality was definitely on point.
