This project was a total rehab and Modiano Design had done the Interior and exterior design as well as the staging. The house had mid-century elements but a lot of additions as well. The kitchen was re-located to the former living room, the dining room took its place where a sunken bar used to be and the living room got relocated to the former kitchen and dining room.
An unused lower level space became a family room and the 3 bathrooms have been fully remodeled.

For the staging we stuck to mid century modern furniture, some reproduction and some from antique stores. Colors were teal blue, different shades of oranges, and green.
