This Spanish style house, located near Hancock park in Los angeles was updated beautifully with a new kitchen, stainless appliances, brand new bathrooms with elegant surface materials. Most of the original features were left untouched like the arched windows and the cove ceilings. Modiano Design was called for home staging and we tackled the challenge by mixing modern and contemporary furniture with a few traditional pieces. The color scheme was selected reflecting the Mediterranean feel with light grays ,hues of blues, yellows, golds and oranges.
The results are a comfortable and stunning combination of old world elegance suited for today's buyer.
