This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 5 story modern contemporary condo is located in the hearth of West Hollywood. 2 of the bedrooms are located downstairs with an access to the outdoors from the smaller one. We designed the larger one to become a guest room and decided to utilize the outdoor access and turn the smaller one into an office with its own entry.

Master bedroom was on the second level, with a large walk in closet and a master bath.

Living room is located on the 3rd floor with its open loft on the 4th and the rooftop deck on the 5th.

The condo itself is modern/ contemporary but was lacking style and focal points, so we opted to use lots of vibrant colors, unique furniture and large art to create style.
