Modiano Design was called to stage this 2 bedroom Condo in West Hollywood.
Our main challenge was the living/dining space and to make the "double living" room a comfortable space to enjoy and relax. We opted to turn one side into a TV room and the other side into a lounge area by placing 2 Modani chairs near the built in bar.
The kitchen was updated with ultra modern hight gloss cabinets and the feature wall was grey Venetian plaster.
We chose a a neutral color tone base with added splashes of color for interest. This condo was on the market less than 2 weeks before an offer was excepted.
