Out with the old and in with the new. This great addition started with a partial demo of an existing raised deck that stretched the back of the house. We modified the deck to include 4 steps down onto this lower patio area. This particular patio measures approximately 340 square feet. In order to achieve our elevations, we had to construct a retaining wall using Eagle Bay Diamond Pro 10DS wall system. We then installed over 70 tons of aggregate fill. A custom masonry fireplace was added from the ground up to highlight the space. The fireplace is wired for electric and cable for outdoor TV viewing. A combination of Eagle Bay pavers and colors complete the patio portion. The patio is surrounded by an Eagle Bay Dublin seating wall with a tan accent band. We have Kichler outdoor lighting on the seating wall, columns, and all the steps.
