Staycation paradise with everything you could think of! A custom gunite pool and seperate spa highlight this space. The pool features a tanning shelf with bubblers, while the spa has 8 jets. There are two different areas with wood burning fire features. The fireplace is flanked by a wood box on the left and a grilling station on the right. The fire pit area has a long, 28 foot seating wall with plenty of room for 15+ people. With over 2,400 square feet of pool deck, there are plenty of lounging spots. A waterfall that empties into the pool accents the large koi pond on the back side of this space. The pool is heated for longer use during the season.
