this one-of-a-kind house. Exterior upgrades include new wood siding, a new
cantilevered deck with glass railing, and hardscaping around the house. The
facade’s custom-crafted glass system can open or close, providing circulation
to the interior entry courtyard with steel bridge and 8’ pivoting door. Exacting
detail and modern finishes distinguish every surface of the spare, clean
interior, with focus on the minimalist fireplace and new spiral steel and wood
staircase. The heart of the house is a landscaped grotto with waterfall, outdoor
shower and seating areas, open to the outdoor kitchen on the lowest level.
