This project further modernizes the interior of a prominent 1980s concrete home originally designed by TLMS Architects. The new detailing and finishes are spare with clean lines, requiring exacting tolerances and execution by our crew. We were brought in early in the
project’s development, resulting in a very collaborative design process. Our team was instrumental in defining the budget and scope.
