This is a very nice Renovation Project that I had the privilege to work on. The "Before" pictures and 3D Renderings show a stunning and dramatic transformation of this Home. This Renovation Project consisted of the following changes and additions.
1. Remove all existing Vinyl Lap Siding and Replace with New Vinyl Board and Batten Siding.
2. Remove the 2 Existing Dormers on the Front and add a New Gabled Entry with Timber support columns wrapped with Stone on the Base.
3. Remove and Replace Porch Decking with New Composite Deck boards
4. Remove existing post and Railing on Front Porch as Part of the Gabled Entry addition.
5. Add New Awning Window coverings with Corbels
6. Remove existing Garage Door and Replace with New Carriage Style Door as well as adding a new 3'-0" Entry Door.
7. Add a new Detached Car Port.
8. Remove and Replace Drive way paving to coincide with new Carport.
9. Replace and add New Side Walks with Pavers of various size.
10. Add New Stone veneer over existing Brick Foundation Wall.
11. Remove and Replace Existing Patio with New Concrete Patio and Tile surface.
12. Add New Covered Outdoor Living Space and Fire Place.
