This is a Renovation / Addition to and Existing Traditional Ranch Home. This Project required a Master Bedroom and Bath addition of 850 square Feet. Additionally, we replaced the Existing Rounded Front Porch and Columns with a New Gabled Porch with Craftsman Columns wrapped in Stone. The Existing Shutters were to be painted Burgandy, the yellow trim was to be painted white. The existing Gutters and Downspouts were to be painted white. The Yellow vinyl siding in the Gables was to be replaced in all locations with White Vinyl. Additionally the Existing Shingle Roofing was to be replaced with new Metal Standing seam Roofing.

This Project added 850 Square Feet of living space for the owners, while at the same time giving the home a face lift and increasing its curb appeal.
