Addition and Remodel to an Existing Lake House. This Project added 1319 square feet of heated space to the Existing Home. Added 1 Bedroom and Master Bath, Kitchen and Family Room with walkout spacious Deck. The Deck features a Contemporary Stainless Steel cable Railing with Steel Square Tubing Framing. We were able to preserve one of the Existing Trees and Build the Deck around the Tree. Additionally, we added a new 2-Car Garage, Laundry and Storage area on the Basement level.
