This is a Remodeling / Addition Project that was Designed for Construction in the Pell City Area. This home had an existing Basement and the Renderings show the basement model without a site model, which gives it the appearance of being too high out of the ground. This Project added 1318 square feet of heated space on the 1st Floor and 574 square feet in the basement addition. On this Project we added additional to the East side of the Home, adding space to the Family Room, a new Laundry, Study area, half bath and stairway to the basement. Additionally the East Side of this home will have a new spacious deck for family relaxation or entertaining. The west side of the house received a new Master Suite with a personal deck for the owners. The Basement also received additional space for a Garage that will be located underneath the addition to the East side of the Building.
