This condo remodel in the Fort Myers Iona/McGregor area started with removal of Chinese drywall. Walls were removed, wiring was replaced, and can lights were added. All new appliances, new cabinetry in both kitchen and bathrooms, including all new fixtures throughout, were added. Shower space was enlarged and electrical was moved. This condo also received a new HVAC unit, insulation, drywall and fire sprinklers.
