These owners decided they wanted to make our Sawgrass I model their own with some custom changes. It is still 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops, and Starmark cabinetry. The master bath has his and her sinks with a separate shower and tub. There were multiple modifications made, they wanted a half circle driveway, custom paint colors, fixtures, took the tub out of the guest bath and made it a shower, took out the den to make the living room bigger, they also reconfigured the master bath/closet so they could fit a shower and soaking tub (instead of just a shower).
