Tall Pine Renovation
The upgrade in this condo was phenomenal and every room was completely redone to the owners liking.
The laundry room received new cabinetry and LED can lights for a brighter look. There was a brand new impact garage door put in with a bug screen, the garage floor was painted and a tank less water heater was put in also.
The kitchen and bathrooms received new cabinets, countertops, and lighting. Both bathrooms have new wall tile and floor tile, and power was installed for mirrors with built in lights.
A non structural wall and PKT door was removed from the kitchen to the living room. The wall walk thru was framed in and LED can lights were added, as well as, LED lights under the cabinets.
Two non structural walls were framed to create a study/office space. Pass thru for return air and supply air to space was added also. French doors were put in to new den space and outlets on interior and exterior walls were installed.
