The renovation of this 1920 Italianate Villa spanned over 12 years, and Koffka/Phakos accompanied the owners from the moment of purchase to its completion. The historic Hancock Park home was both refurbished and seamlessly expanded. A once-forgotten garden room that was dampened with mildew was transformed into a new library/office. The addition of a breakfast room and multiple powder rooms amount to 100 square feet of added living space.

The owners sadly had to relocate to New York for business, and the buyers of the home gutted the house to the studs leaving only the façade, and demolished the pool, along with the guesthouse.
